DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented both parties in the sale of a 12,524 square foot industrial building located in Pomona, CA. The total consideration of the sale was $1,430,000.

Andy Hu of DAUM’s San Gabriel Valley office represented both the seller, Perfect Design Inc. and the buyer, Kimberly Xu in the transaction. The industrial building is located at 1928 W. Holt Avenue in Pomona, CA.
