DAUM Represents Northgate Gonzalez, Inc. in a 374,000 Sq. Ft. Lease

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented Northgate Gonzalez, Inc. / Gon-Rey LLC in a 15-year lease for 374,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in Anaheim, CA. The total consideration of the lease was approximately $69 million.

The property is located at 1201 N. Magnolia Avenue in Anaheim, CA. The build-to-suit project will serve as both a headquarters and warehouse for Northgate Gonzalez Market. The project is expected to break ground later this year and is scheduled to be completed in 2010.

Joseph Tilton and Steve Pearson of DAUM’s Orange County office represented the lessee in the transaction. Colliers International represented the lessor.
